Rules of Engagement:

• Article I: Socks must be worn at all times, lest the wearer be subject to the dreaded Sock-Squadrons.
• Article II: Only the most ostentatious, over-the-top sock combinations shall be tolerated.
• Article III: Any citizen found in violation of these mandates shall be subject to a full-scale Sock-quisition, involving the confiscation of all contraband footwear.
