By order of the Intergalactic Bureaucratic Council, all Mondays are hereby declared mandatory.
As of 2019, this mandate applies to the following species:
Citizens are required to wear Mandate 1: The Monday Shirt, a bright yellow jumpsuit with a mandatory "I'm a slave to my desk" badge.
Citizens who fail to comply shall be subject to Mandate 2: The Fines.
