Mouse Protocol: Wrist Rest Procedures
As an authorized mouse user, you are hereby directed to perform the following wrist rest procedures:
- 1. Place your mouse on the desk for at least 5 minutes to allow the ergonomic specialists to analyze your grip.
- 2. Rotate your wrist 90 degrees clockwise while maintaining a 3.14 radian angle with the wrist joint.
- 3. Inhale deeply through your nose, then exhale slowly through your mouth, while contemplating the meaning of 'ergonomic mouse usage.'
- 4. Perform 7.5 iterations of 'the wave' with your non-mouse hand.
- 5. Report any unusual symptoms, such as numbness or pain, to the Mouse Council immediately.
Wrist Rest Procedures
As an authorized mouse user, you must adhere to these wrist rest procedures:
- 1. Take a 15-minute recess from mouse activity.
- 2. Apply a generous amount of mouse balm (at least 1 liter).
- 3. Perform 10 iterations of 'the wrist stretch' with the aid of a trusty rubber band.
- 4. Engage in at least 3 hours of mouse-free leisure time.
