Nap Hacking: Secret Napping Formulas

Warning: What you're about to learn may change your life forever. Or, you know, at least give you a really good excuse for why you're constantly tired.

Formula 1: The Basic Napping Algorithm

Input: Sleep Debt x 1.2 (accounting for lost productivity and decreased snacking efficiency)

Output: Optimal Napping Time = 1.5 x Sleep Debt

Example: If you're currently running on 4 hours of sleep, your optimal napping time would be 6 hours. Don't worry, we won't judge you.

Formula 2: The Advanced Napping Formula (Patent pending)

Input: Sleep Debt x 1.5 + Coffee Consumption / 2 (accounting for caffeine-induced napping cycles)

Output: Optimal Napping Time = 2.5 x Sleep Debt + 1.25 x Coffee Consumption

Example: If you've had 3 cups of coffee and are running on 4 hours of sleep, your optimal napping time would be 11.25 hours. Don't worry, it's science.
