12:00 AM - Wake up, humans! (Don't forget, it's nap-time)
12:00 PM - Lunch break! Take a 3-hour nap. You've earned it.
3:00 PM - Afternoon snooze. You'll need it after all that lunchtime productivity.
6:00 PM - Dinner hour! A brief window of time where you're not allowed to nap. Don't get too excited.
