Naptime Policy Overview
Effective immediately, all employees are required to observe 2 hours of daily naptime. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to:
- Verbal warning
- Written warning
- Temporary demotion to janitorial duties
- Termination of employment
Naptime will be observed on a rotating schedule, posted on the company bulletin board. All employees are required to report any conflicts or concerns to management prior to the start of the shift.
Management reserves the right to modify or revoke this policy at any time, without warning or notice.
