Where the stakes are low, but the drama is high. Like, who gets to control the conference room, who gets to order the snacks, and who gets to claim the last donut in the break room. Donut-Gate was a real thing, folks.
But, in all seriousness, negotiation is about finding that sweet spot where both parties walk away happy. Like, not too happy, but, you know, content.
