Rules:
We, the watchful eyes of this neighborhood, shall be ever vigilant. The following rules shall guide our actions:
- Be nice, or at least pretend to be.
- Don't block the sidewalk with your trash cans. It's not a park.
- Keep the volume down after 10 PM. We have a neighborhood to sleep in.
- No lawn gnomes. Seriously, what's the point?
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
- Verbal warnings
- Written warnings
- Unpleasant stares
- Occasional, but firm, knocking on the door
