Must possess a black belt in ninjutsu, preferably with at least 10 years of experience.
Ability to operate the latest model 3000 Ninja Dragon Breeding Computer (NDBC-3000).
Proficiency in the art of ninja dragon whispering, including but not limited to: ninja-dragon-101, ninja-dragon-201, and ninja-dragon-301 courses.
Must have a high level of emotional stability, as ninja dragon breeding can be a high-stress activity.
Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor, even when faced with a dragon's piercing stare.
A valid certification in ninja dragon handling from a recognized authority (e.g. the Ninja Dragon Association of America).
A copy of "The Ninja Dragon Breeder's Handbook" by Master Splinter.
