Ninja Training Plan: Shuriken Drills
Welcome, young ninja-in-training, to the esteemed Shuriken Drills section of our comprehensive ninja training program!
Today, we'll be focusing on the ancient art of shuriken throwing. This will require great focus, discipline, and a healthy dose of ninja zen.
**Warm-up Exercises**
- Curl up into a ball and shake like a leaf for 5 minutes to loosen those ninja limbs
- Run 3 miles uphill, barefoot, while carrying a 50-pound pack of ninja gear
- Practice your ninja breathing techniques by holding your breath for 10 seconds, then exhaling slowly through your mouth while maintaining perfect ninja form
**Shuriken Drills**
- Throw 10 shuriken in quick succession while navigating a treacherous obstacle course of cat hair and dust bunnies
- Engage in a shuriken-throwing duel with a fellow ninja (or a willing participant with a shuriken)
- Perfect your shuriken-catching skills by attempting to catch 5 shuriken while blindfolded and in a state of complete ninja focus
**Homework**
- Read chapter 3 of "The Art of Ninja Stealth" and take notes on the finer points of shuriken etiquette
- Practice your shuriken-throwing skills in front of a mirror, paying close attention to your ninja form and technique
- Watch 5 hours of ninjutsu instructional videos to improve your shuriken-wielding skills
