Stealthy Sprinting: Week 1, Exercise 3

Objectives: Improve speed, agility, and ability to sneak past sleeping guards. Develop skills to run up walls, down stairs, and past the cafeteria lady.

Warm up: 5 minutes of light jogging. Then:

  1. Sprint 50 meters, then immediately stop and hide behind a nearby trash can.
  2. Repeat 10 times, resting for 30 seconds between each attempt.

Cool down: 5 minutes of static stretching, focusing on quadriceps and calf muscles.

Note: Do not attempt to outrun the cafeteria lady, as she is a formidable foe.
