At 14:47 on 2022-02-15, employee #1234, while attempting to make a shot, accidentally knocked over a cup of coffee, which landed on the lap of employee #5678, causing a 5-minute power outage due to the subsequent short circuit.
Investigation:

- The pool cue was deemed to be in good working order, but the user's aim was not.
- The cup of coffee was found to be 99.9% full and 100% of the reason for the incident.
