Because we have too much stuff, but not enough sense.
- 1. All redundant items will be stored in a separate warehouse.
- 2. Each item will be assigned a unique, meaningless identifier.
- 3. All items will be checked for functionality every 6 months.
- 4. Any item that fails to function will be replaced with another identical item.
