It goes a little something like this: 'If you can't prove it's wrong, then it must be right.'
Or, as we like to call it, 'If I don't understand it, then it's clearly beyond my comprehension.'
This, friends, is the epitome of intellectual dishonesty. A shining example of the epistemological rape that plagues our world.
We're not saying it's not true, we're just saying we don't know it's not true, which, let's be real, is the same thing as saying it is true.
