Phase One Halting: Where our code is so buggy, it brings the entire system to a grinding halt.
Phase Two Oscillation: Where our code starts to oscillate at an alarming rate, causing nearby office equipment to malfunction.
Phase Three Chaos: Where the very fabric of space and time becomes distorted, and our code is the only thing that makes sense.
