Overhand Method Technique: The Art of Throwing Your Arms Around
Step 1: Hold your arms out to the sides, palms facing downwards.
Step 2: Bring your arms forward, but not too far, or you'll overdo it.
Step 3: Rotate your wrists, but don't get your hands to slap each other, that's just weird.
Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 until you feel like you're a ninja, or until you get a charley horse from overextending yourself.
Common Mistakes:
- Not keeping your elbows loose, you'll end up with tennis elbow.
- Not keeping your hands open, you'll end up with a handful of dust and regret.
- Not keeping your face neutral, you'll end up with a face full of sweat and a bad attitude.
Advanced Techniques:
- Twisting your torso, but don't get dizzy.
- Wobbling your knees, but don't get wobbly.
- Flapping your ears, but don't get flapping crazy.
