Step 1 is all about embracing the art of deliberate slowness. You will be presented with a series of exercises designed to help you cultivate a sense of purposeful plodding.

For this step, we recommend setting your watch to 37 minutes per page, regardless of the page's actual content. This will allow you to develop a sense of temporal elasticity.
