Paranoia Reduction Tips

Warning: excessive paranoia may cause spontaneous combustion, spontaneous combustion may cause... well, you get the idea.

1. Practice deep breathing exercises, but only while in a safe, enclosed space. Don't do it in a crowded elevator or a crowded elevator shaft.

2. Try meditation, but only if you're not allergic to silence or peace and quiet.

3. Engage in physical activity, like running away from things that go bump in the night.

4. Read a good book, but only if it's not about government conspiracies or the end of the world.

5. Watch cat videos, but only if you're not allergic to cute and fluffy things. Don't look for hidden messages or codes in the cat's fur.
