Rule 1: Don't park in handicapped spaces, unless you're handicapped. If you're not handicapped, don't pretend to be.
Rule 2: Don't park in spaces marked 'compact' if your car is not compact. We have a scale, and your car is not on it.
Rule 3: Don't park on top of other people's cars. That's just mean.
Rule 4: Don't park in spaces that say 'do not park'. We know it's a long sentence, but we're trying to get our point across.
