Throwing yourself at the wall is a time-honored tradition of self-discovery, or so I've been told.
It's all about releasing the pent-up emotions and frustrations of a long, hard day.
Or is it just a cry for help?
Step 1: Choose Your Wall
Not all walls are created equal. Some are sturdy, some are flimsy, and some are covered in spikes.
Make sure to select a wall that will provide the optimal amount of pain and/or discomfort.
Step 2: Build Your Momentum
This is the most important part. You must generate enough force and velocity to make an impact.
Consider using a running start or a well-placed jump to get the maximum effect.
Step 3: Make Contact
This is where the magic happens. Or not.
Simply place yourself at a 90-degree angle to the wall and... well, you know the rest.
