Welcome to the most challenging, most absurd, and most utterly useless exercises for the clumsiest of people. If you're reading this, you're probably a master of tripping over air molecules and spilling coffee on your shirt.

Exercise 1: The Triple-Flip

Stand on one foot, then jump off a three-foot high platform, while simultaneously trying to juggle three balls. Repeat for 10 minutes, then take a break to rest your ankles.
