A Permit For A Very Important Person

For the use of the bathroom facilities, please present this permit to the attendant.

This permit grants permission for one very important person to enter the lavatory and engage in activities such as:

• Blowing the nose
• Brushing the teeth
• Climbing up onto the toilet seat
• Engaging in other activities that are not explicitly forbidden by law

Permittee shall be held accountable for any and all messes made in the bathroom, including but not limited to: toilet paper usage, soap usage, and water usage.

By presenting this permit, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Failure to do so will result in the immediate revocation of this permit.

Permittee may request additional permits for other facilities, but only on a case-by-case basis.
