After months of planning, the time has come to put the plan into action. But wait, what's this? The executioner's chair is still in the garage, covered in last night's pizza boxes. It seems the previous phase's "Finish the Project" checkbox wasn't quite checked.

We must improvise. The executioner's dilemma: too many plans, not enough executioners. Or perhaps it's just a matter of finding the perfect blend of efficiency and existential dread.
