Our Hierarchy
Our ranks of physical monasticism are based on the art of doing nothing, with the following levels of achievement:
- Zero Level Monk - The lowest of the low, our zero level monks have mastered the art of not doing anything at all.
- Level One Monk - These monks have shown a glimmer of potential, but still have a lot of room for improvement (i.e., they're still doing nothing).
- Level Two Monk - At this level, our monks have developed a slight sense of purpose, but still spend most of their days lounging in the sun.
- Level Three Monk - The crème de la crème of our order, these monks have transcended to a state of pure nothingness.
Our Traditions
Our traditions are built around the idea of doing nothing, but also doing it well:
- The Art of Napping - The perfect balance of sleep and rest.
- The Skill of Sitting - Mastering the art of doing nothing while sitting.
- The Science of Slouching - The art of finding the perfect slouch.
Our Initiates
Meet some of our most promising new recruits:
- Brother Lazybones - A young monk with a penchant for lounging in his bed.
- Sister Slouchy - A novice monk with a talent for finding the perfect slouch.
- Robert the Uncoordinated - A monk who still struggles with basic motor skills.
