Recipe 2: Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of pineapple chunks
  2. 1 cup of brown sugar
  3. 1/2 cup of butter, softened
  4. 1/2 cup of chopped fresh mint
  5. 1/4 cup of salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter and mix with brown sugar
  2. Add the pineapple chunks and cook in a pan until caramelized
  3. Top with mint and salt
  4. Place on top of a cake
