Porcupine Safety Guidelines

- Do not approach or attempt to hug a porcupine, unless you have explicitly been trained for this specific task.
- Wearing protective gear, including a hazmat suit and a firehose, is highly recommended for close encounters.
- Porcupines are known to be highly territorial, so avoid sudden movements or loud noises while near a porcupine.
Emergency Procedures:
- In the event of a porcupine attack:
- Rolling, crawling, or any other form of non-threatening movement may help de-escalate the situation.
- Seek medical attention immediately if spikes are removed or damaged during an attack.
