Primary Standard 1: Don't Be an Asshole

Rule 1: Use the stairs. Don't be that guy who takes the elevator and then looks smug about it.

Primary Standard 2: Be on Time (Sort of)

Rule 2: Show up to work on time, but only if you're feeling it. If you're running late, just send a text that says you're 'running a little behind'

Primary Standard 3: Use Your Inside Voice

Rule 3: Speak at a level that's not too loud, not too soft, but just right. Unless you're in a library, then just be quiet, man.
