Procrastination Exercises

For when you need to avoid work, but still want to feel productive.

1. Spend 10 minutes scrolling through your favorite social media platform.

2. Play a game for hours, but only if it's for research purposes.

3. Create a cooking show, but only if you can't actually cook.

4. Spend 5 minutes organizing your collectibles, but then just leave them in a mess.

5. Write an apocalyptic novel, but only if the apocalypse is 10 years away.

Remember, every minute spent on these exercises is a minute well spent!
