- Feeling a rush when you buy something, but then feeling awful later
- Telling yourself "just one more thing" until you've spent all your money on useless junk

Seek help. Like, seriously, seek help.
Tips for managing Impulsive Spending Disorder
- Write a budget. Like, actually stick to it.
- Set a "no shopping day" for yourself each week
- Find alternative ways to get those feelings of satisfaction, like exercise or meditation
- Remove all shopping apps from your phone
