Quantum Fluctuations are the bread and butter of our paradoxes. They're like the quantum equivalent of a kitchen sink - everything goes in, but not everything comes out.

Take the grandfather clause paradox for example. What if your grandfather was a time-traveling, dimension-hopping, reality-bending, paradoxical grandpa? Would you still be able to have kids? Maybe. Possibly. Possibly not. It's complicated.
