Summary:

The infamous "Quantum Leap Bug #001" is a phenomenon where Sam Beckett, the show's protagonist, gets stuck in a never-ending loop of 80s pop culture references.

Reproducible Steps:

1. Leap into a situation where Sam Beckett is attempting to save a kitten from a tree.
2. Notice the sudden and inexplicable appearance of a neon-lit DeLorean, driven by a young Marty McFly.
3. Witness Sam's futile attempts to communicate with Marty, who is stuck in an infinite loop of "I'm your friend!"

Known Issues:

• Unending loop of 80s pop culture references
• Unintentional exposure to a VHS tape of "The Big Lebowski"
• Increased risk of spontaneous combustion from excessive exposure to neon colors
