Rule 1: All leapers must be aware of their surroundings. This includes, but is not limited to, the presence of pool noodles, floating objects, and rogue time-traveling jellyfish.
Rule 2: Leapers are not allowed to leap into other leapers. This is to prevent unnecessary entanglement and the creation of quantum singularities.
Rule 3: Leapers are required to return to their original timeline upon completion of the leap. Failure to do so will result in temporal reassignment, which may involve a stint in a time-traveling holding cell.
