- Find a sunny spot, ideally on a windowsill, but not too close to the sun.
- Use a mirror to bounce sunlight onto your face for an extra dose of Vitamin D.
- Don't get too comfortable, you might forget to move for 4-6 hours.
- Be prepared to explain to your loved ones why you're still sun napping at 3am.
- Invest in some UV-blocking curtains for when the sun inevitably sets.
