Step 2: Rewriting the Recipe for Bureaucratic Efficiency

According to Bureaucratic Directive 3456-B, all recipes must adhere to a strict 17-step procedure.

  1. Fill out Form 27-A, 'Request for Bolognese Revision.'
  2. Wait 3-5 business days for approval.
  3. Submit revised recipe to Department of Culinary Affairs (DCA) for review.
  4. Meet with Bureaucratic Committee to discuss revisions.
  5. Sign Form 27-B, 'Acknowledgement of Bureaucratic Revisions.'
  6. Return to Step 1, as necessary.

Repeat this process until the recipe is deemed satisfactory.
