Recipe 1: Bureaucratic Bolognese

To prepare Bureaucratic Bolognese, you will need:

• 1 lb of Red Tape
• 1/4 cup of Form 27-B/6
• 1/2 cup of Bureaucratic Jell-O
• 1 tablespoon of Sarcasm
• 1 pinch of Hope

Instructions:

1. Unravel the Red Tape into manageable lengths.
2. Mix the Form 27-B/6 and Bureaucratic Jell-O in a 3-to-1 ratio.
3. Stir in the Sarcasm with a wooden spoon.
4. Season with a pinch of Hope.
