  1. Mix the oats, syrup, and pecans in a bowl, then stare at it for 10 minutes, contemplating the meaning of life.
  2. Add the chocolate chips, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and ginger. Stir until the mixture is just slightly less chunky than a dumpster fire.
