Phase 2 Extraction - Stealthy Stir Fry Technique
Also known as the "I'm-a- ninja-in-the-kitchen" method, this phase involves extracting all non-essential nutrients from your stir-fry.
Step 1: Remove the Vegetables (but not really)
- Conceal the broccoli behind a layer of rice.
- Hide the carrots in a false-bottomed wok.
- Use an industrial-strength magnet to attract all the meat.
Step 2: Add Sauce (and more sauce)
- Use enough soy sauce to dye a small puppy.
- Drizzle with enough hoisin sauce to clog a small artery.
- For extra flair, add a dash of wasabi - or three.
Phase 3: Add a dash of randomness and see where the dish takes you.
Remember, the goal is to make a stir-fry so stealthy, so nobody will even notice the absence of nutrition.
