Crab Cakes with a Twist of Frenzy
A classic dish for the discerning seafood connoisseur. Requires patience, skill, and a pinch of madness.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Sriracha sauce, to serve
Instructions:
- Mix crab meat with panko breadcrumbs and mayonnaise.
- Add a dash of cayenne pepper for an added kick.
- Shape into patties.
- Pan fry until golden brown.
- Serve with Sriracha sauce.
