Lemon-Rosemary Cookies
These are not just cookies, they're an experience. Imagine the zest of a lemon, the fragrance of a field of rosemary, and the crunch of a cookie all combined into one. Sounds too good to be true? Try them, you'll be the judge.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 sprigs of rosemary, chopped (yes, you read that right)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder)
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients (butter, eggs)
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the lemon juice and rosemary
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden
