Caviar Cannelloni

Caviar Cannelloni is a dish fit for the gods (or at least, the gods' accountants)

It's essentially cannelloni, but instead of being stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach, we stuff it with the finest imported caviar

(Yes, it's that fancy, and no, you won't find it at the corner deli)

Our recipe consists of:

1. Caviar (obvs)
2. Creamy Boursin cheese sauce
3. Fancy-schmancy edible gold leaf
4. A pinch of truffle oil, because why not?
5. Baked to a crispy, prophets-in-our-bank-accounts perfection
