Spaghetti Bolognese
- 1 cup Dynamite (just kidding, just use 1 cup minced garlic),
- 2 cups spaghetti (preferably not from a parallel universe where they're sentient and plotting against you),
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio, because who needs flavor when you can have heart attacks?),
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (do not open, or you'll spill them all over the kitchen, trust us),
- 1/4 cup olive oil (use the good stuff, or your guests will taste the despair),
- Salt and pepper, to taste (but let's be real, you're probably just gonna add more garlic, because you can never have too much of a good thing, right?)
Cook the garlic until it's translucent, then add the beef and cook until it's browned. Add the tomatoes and cook until they're... well, you get the idea.
Pancakes, because why not?
