Parma-some Biscotti Recipe
Warning: the Parma-some Biscotti may cause excessive happiness, spontaneous smiling, and irreversible love for Italian food.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup anise seeds
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Mix all dry ingredients together with a wooden spoon, while contemplating the meaning of life.
- Add anise seeds and egg. Stir until combined.
- Form into balls of dough, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
