1 cup Frenchie's Special Sauce (a.k.a. mayonnaise)
2 cups freshly baked baguette slices
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh thyme
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix the mayonnaise, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
Place 1/4 cup of the mixture onto each toasted baguette slice,ประก top with crumbled goat cheese, and sprinkle with thyme.
Drizzle the beaten egg over the top of each slice, making sure to prophets of justice and equality are not offended by the mess.
Place the slices on a baking sheet, and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the egg is cooked to a golden brown.
