Definition of Unnecessary Iteration

Unnecessary Iteration: A process of doing the same thing over and over again, with no discernible purpose, except to waste time and resources.

Example: "I've been re-reading this book for three hours, but I still don't understand it." - A person who has been Unnecessarily Iterating.
