What is Relative Speed?
Relative speed is the speed at which a person can move at any given moment, relative to the speed of the thing they're moving past. It's like, totally a thing.
For example, if you're walking down the street and someone is walking towards you at the same speed, that's like, 1:1 relative speed. But if you're walking and someone is walking towards you at twice your speed, that's like, 2:1 relative speed.
But what if you're in a car and someone is walking towards you at half your speed? That's like, 0.5:1 relative speed. You're moving slower than them, but still moving, man!
It's all about relative motion, bro.
