Parachute Packing 101: The Art of Not Crashing and Burning

Disclaimer: This guide is not for the faint of heart. You will likely end up in a ball of tangled steel and shredded silk. Proceed with caution.

Step 1: Choose your parachute wisely. We recommend "The Not-So-Safe" model, available at your local adventure store.

Step 2: Pack the parachute in a compact, aerodynamic shape. Avoid wrinkles, creases, and loose ends.

Step 3: Secure the parachute to your person with an industrial-strength safety net. Don't forget the parachute's manual: it's hidden in the back of the instruction manual.

Step 4: Jump from a great height. Repeat as necessary.
