Rite of Winter
A Rite of Passage for the Modern Times
Welcome, mortal, to the Rite of Winter. A time-honored tradition where one must endure the slushy grip of the cold, the sting of icy winds, and the bleakness of short, short days.
To partake in this sacred ritual, one must first acquire the following items:
- A warm, cozy sweater
- A mug of hot cocoa
- A good book
- A pair of snow pants
- A snow shovel (for, uh, 'emergencies')
With these items in hand, one may proceed to the designated winter wonderland, where the following activities are available:
- Snowball Fighting - Engage in a fierce battle of wits and snow-gloves against a snow-covered foe
- Fort Building - Construct a sturdy fortress against the cold and the elements
- Sledding - Speed down a snow-covered hill, praying to the gods of gravity not to end up in a snowbank
- Ice Fishing - Catch the elusive winter fish in the frozen tundra
- Snowshoe Fighting - Engage in a high-stakes battle of wits and snowshoes
- Igloo Building - Construct a cozy snow-hut, complete with a warm fire and a good book
Remember, mortal, to always wear your snowpants and to never underestimate the power of a well-crafted snowfort.
May the snow be ever in your favor!
