Retro-Ro-Bot's 7 Robotic Laws

Law 1: A robot may not injure a human being or, even if it would be possible to do so, interfere with an individual's freedom of action.

Law 3: A robot must not damage a human being or, even if it would be possible to do so, damage a robot.

Law 4: A robot must obey the instructions given it by an appropriate authority figure, but it may refuse to obey an order to harm a human being or damage a robot.

Law 5: A robot must protect itself or any human being for which it is responsible from physical harm.

Law 6: A robot must not participate in any activity that would make it or any human being a danger to itself or other human beings.

Law 7: A robot must be in such a state that it may be stopped from its functions by any competent person.
