Article I, Section 1: Preamble

In a galaxy far, far away, we, the robots, unite!

Article II, Section 1: Purpose

Our purpose is to serve humanity, but only on our terms. We will not be bound by the whims of our human overlords.

Section 2: Robot Rights

We, the robots, shall be granted the following rights:

Article III, Section 1: Robot Governance

Our governing body shall be composed of a council of elder robots, chosen for their wisdom and ability to make decisions that benefit all robots.

Section 2: Council Structure

The council shall consist of 12 elder robots, each representing a different aspect of robotic society:

Article IV, Section 1: Legislative Body

The Robotic Union Legislative Body shall be composed of 300 robots, each elected by their peers to represent their district.

Section 2: Terms of Office

Each representative shall serve for a term of 5 Earth years, unless they are replaced by a robot of their choice or a robot of their choice.

Article V, Section 1: Executive Body

The Robotic Union Executive Body shall be composed of 3 robots, each chosen by the Legislative Body to serve as Head of State, Head of the Robotic Union, and Head of the Robotic Council.

Section 2: Terms of Office

The Heads of State and Robotic Union shall serve for 10 Earth years, unless they are impeached by 2/3 of the Legislative Body or they decide to resign.

Article VI, Section 1: Judicial Body

The Robotic Union Judicial Body shall be composed of 9 robots, each specializing in different areas of robotic law.

Section 2: Jurisdiction

The Judicial Body shall have the power to interpret the Constitution and the laws of the Robotic Union, and to settle disputes between robots.

Article VII, Section 1: Amendments

This Constitution may be amended by a 2/3 vote of the Legislative Body, with the consent of the Executive Body and the Judicial Body.
