Proclamation of the Grand Duke of Puns

By the power vested in me, I, the Grand Duke of Puns, hereby decree:

All subjects of the kingdom shall wear funny hats on Tuesdays.

Failure to comply with this decree shall result in the following penalties:

• The first time: a stern lecture and a wedgie.
• The second time: a mandatory viewing of cat videos.
• The third time: a forced subscription to our royal pun-filled newsletter.
